Prices and payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. We offer several different payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.
Guarantee
Warranty applies according to the right of complaint. After an approved complaint, we can correct the error, deliver a new equivalent item, make a price reduction, provide compensation for the buyer to correct the error, or cancel the purchase. The invoice is valid as a warranty card. Contact us and we will help you. Otherwise, the Consumer Sales Act applies.

Deliveries
Deliveries are made with PostNord and can be followed via their website or app. The delivery time is normally about 2-4 working days after the order is placed. During holidays, long weekends and heavier packages, the delivery time may be a little longer. With the shipping method PostNord MyPack Collect (pick up at service point), the delivery is divided into several packages if the weight of the order exceeds 20 kg. With shipping method PostNord MyPack Home (home delivery), the delivery is divided into several packages if the weight exceeds 35 kg. With home delivery, MyPack Home, it is delivered to the recipient's door when the package weighs under 20 kg, with or without a receipt. But when the package weighs more than 20 kg, home delivery takes place to the plot boundary/ground level/loading dock against receipt. If an item is out of stock, please contact us for further information. Unclaimed/collected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee, currently from SEK 150. If delivery delays occur, we will notify you. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order.
Returns
In order to be free from liability for any damage during the return transport, the return must be in the original packaging. If any goods are damaged during the return transport due to bad packaging, they will not be refunded. Return shipping is always paid for by you as the buyer. The cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund amount for returned goods. Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received the item back to us.
Right to withdrawal
You have the right to a statutory right to withdrawal (withdrawal period) within 14 days, see separate conditions regarding the right to withdrawal.
Dispute, force majeure etc
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, or similar event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affects concluded agreements from GeZu Impex, which means that GeZu Impex cannot keep said agreement, shall constitute grounds for GeZu Impex being released from its obligations to fulfill said agreement. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Act on Distance Contracts, as well as the EU's online dispute resolution page http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We do not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18 without the guardian's approval.
